    giovani-hMr. Hospinal is an attorney who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and received a Master of Corporate Law from the same university.
    Mr. Hospinal concentrates on Arbitration, Public Procurement and Corporate Law.
    In addition, he is an arbitrator registered with the Registry of Neutral Parties of the National Conciliation and Arbitration System of the State Procurement Supervising Agency (OSCE). He has served in this capacity in a number of arbitration proceedings before the OSCE and the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
    For 5 years, Mr. Hospinal provided legal counsel in the Legal Department of Grupo Romero.
    He is a founding partner of the Juarez & Hospinal Law Firm, where he works as an advisor in the Corporate Law Department, particularly on matters related to investments in agricultural projects (irrigation projects, hydric matters, acquisitions and mergers, rural property and environmental and industrial legislation biofuel). He is also the legal manager of the Renewable Energy Producers Association (Asociación de Productores de Energía Renovable) or APER.

    luis-jMr. Juarez holds a Master of Finance and Corporate Law from ESAN. He is an attorney who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He concentrates on Arbitration, Administrative and Corporate Law. His work has focused on corporate legal counsel to private and public businesses, representation on arbitration proceedings, as well as representation on administrative procedures regarding public procurement. He is an arbitrator registered with the Arbitration Bureau of the OSCE. As such, he has participated in numerous arbitrations.

    Mr. Juarez has served as a legal counsel for different private businesses and public entities, including Grupo Gloria, the Department of Agriculture, the Informal Property Formalization Commission (COFOPRI), the Lima Water and Sewer Utility Company – Sedapal, Trupal S.A. He oversaw and co-authored the “Informe para el perfeccionamiento de la Normativa de Contrataciones del Estado: Estudio Comparado” (Report for the Improvement of State Procurement Regulations – A Comparative Study), which was completed in April of 2003 and was entrusted to him by the State Procurement Supervising Agency (OSCE).

    DERIKLATORREBOZAMr. Latorre holds a Master in Public Procurement Law by the University of Castilla-La Mancha , Spain ; studies culminated in the Masters in Political Science with a major in Public Policy and Public Administration.

    Law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru , specializing in public procurement , construction law and arbitration ; conciliator with extensive experience in the prevention, management and conflict resolution.

    He has worked for more than ten years in the public sector, serving as recently as the National Superintendent of the National Regulatory Entity for Security Services, Firearms, Ammunition and Explosives for Civil Use (SUCAMEC).

    Has been President and member of the Court of Procurement, administrative body of the Supervisory Board for Government Procurement (OSCE) , also responsible for imposing sanctions on suppliers.

    MARIAPATRICIACADILLOMs. Cadillo holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, has been a member of the Association of Tax Law VECTIGALIA, has studies diploma made in the School of Law, Business and Business - ESDEN in the areas of Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure Process Administrative law, State Procurement, Tax law and Tax Taxation.

    In 2009 she was awarded the prize for academic excellence in law "JOSE LEON BARANDIARÁN HART" awarded by the National Superintendency of Public Registries - SUNARP the best students of the year, the law faculties of various national universities and particular country.

    She served for nearly three years as an academic assistant to the Master of Laws in Jurisdictional Policy Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, has worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Culture and has also provided legal assistance to the private sector.

    She currently serves in the areas of administrative law, constitutional, tax, labor and legal arguments.
